Hungry Mexican Tacos

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Jar Hungry Mexcian© Salsa of choice (Sissy, Regular or Hot)
  • 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
  • 8 White Corn Tortillas
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • Shredded Cheese of Choice (If Desired)
  • Corn Oil

  • Brown ground beef in pan. Add 2-4 tablespoons of Hungry Mexican Salsa to browning meat for moisture and flavor. Shred lettuce and cut tomatoes into wedges. Heat skillet on medium, and add corn oil to coat, 1-2 tablespoons. Heat a few tortillas at a time in hot oil, keeping them in a stack, turning every few minutes. When slightly browned and still flexible, move to plate. Add a spoonful of meat to a tortilla, followed by Hungry Mexican© Salsa, shredded lettuce and tomato wedges and cheese. Enjoy!
